Goosepool Hotel, Darlington (Durham)

The hotel was a solid choice for a stopover, especially for families traveling. The rooms were basic but clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the bar and the breakfast options were adequate, although not extensive. The location was convenient for our journey, and the overall value for what we paid was impressive. However, the Wi-Fi was quite weak in the rooms, which can be a bit of a downside.
